2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
you can add any other fruit you like (I usually add blueberries)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, chill (at least 15 min) and serve. Easy!
If you feel like being fancy you can make your own cinnamon chips to go with it.
10 flour tortillas
- Coat one side of each flour tortilla with melted butter. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes (until crispy). Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes before serving.
