You're A Mom When... {Part 2}

My first list was so popular it quickly became my 5th most popular post.  If you missed it check it out here.

You're a mom when:

- Your sleeve is not used to keep your arms warm; it's a napkin/kleenex
- You are not above bribery, in fact it's your go to trick to get kids to do anything and everything

- You've discovered you have super strength.  You can carry 4 bags of groceries, your purse, and a baby, while holding onto your other child's hand and searching for your keys.

- Fear is hearing the toilet flush when you didn't know anyone was in the bathroom

- Your purse is no longer for you.  It has your wallet, keys, and cell phone while the rest is their snacks, cups, toys, markers, diapers, wipes, and any other miscellaneous children items you may need

- Nudists appear to be brilliant; less laundry needs to be done

- You know where everything is: Lynden couldn't find his Spiderman toy and Danny said "sorry buddy, it's lost".  Lynden quickly responded with "call mommy at work, she knows where it is" - I did.

- When you change a poopy diaper you something catch yourself thinking "when did (s)he eat corn?"
- You cringe when you hear the ice cream truck coming (unless you use this)
- You know the best time to buy kids clothes is at the end of every season (I scored on next year's swim suits - $3 each!)

- You get excited about construction vehicles on the side of the road

What would you add to the list?

  1. lol so true! i love the superhuman strength and construction vehicles! I'm so used to riding with the boys that even when they're not with me, I'll forget and get excited and start pointing out tractors, bulldozers, etc.. then i feel silly! i would add.. you listen to kids music to whole way to the store before realizing your kids aren't even with you.. and you were totally rockin along. :)
