What's Cooking: Fruit Salsa

I have made this fruit salsa for a few different events this summer and it's always a hit (it took me a while to find it as yummy as everyone else did).  Yes, it's another allrecipe recipe.

Fruit Salsa:

2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
you can add any other fruit you like (I usually add blueberries)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, chill (at least 15 min) and serve.  Easy!

If you feel like being fancy you can make your own cinnamon chips to go with it.

10 flour tortillas
melted butter
 cinnamon sugar

  1. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with melted  butter. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.
  2. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes (until crispy). Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes before serving.
If you don't want to put in that much time, I recommend Toppables - they're wonderful!
